2. What data we collect


We collect only the data we need to run our website, respond to enquiries, and deliver our services.

Data you give us directly. When you submit a form, request a diagnostic, book a strategy call, or email us, we collect your name, business email, company name, website URL, role, and any details you include in your message.

Data we collect automatically. When you visit our website, we collect IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring source, and time on page. We collect this through analytics and server logs.

Client engagement data. When you become a client, we process data required to deliver the work: access to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other marketing platforms you grant us; website and content files; billing details; and correspondence.

We do not collect specific personal data (such as health, religion, or political views). Please do not send it to us.

We use personal data for defined purposes, each with a lawful basis under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).


  • Responding to enquiries.
    To reply to your message, scope your request, and follow up. Lawful basis: legitimate interest and steps to enter a contract.
  • Delivering services. To perform the audits, analysis, and optimization work you engage us for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • Billing and records. To invoice, take payment, and keep financial records. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.
  • Website analytics. To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: consent or legitimate interest.
  • Marketing. To send relevant updates to clients and prospects who have opted in. Lawful basis: consent or legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.


We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it.

  • Enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Client data: for the length of the engagement and up to 5 years after, to meet contractual and legal record-keeping duties.
  • Analytics data: retained per our analytics provider’s settings, typically up to 14 months.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.



8. Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law you have rights over your personal data.

  • Access. Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure. Ask us to delete your data where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
  • Restriction. Ask us to limit how we use your data.

  • Withdraw consent. Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

11. Children
